shoulder pain is back agn! sian-sation. ‎"it's not handicapping but it's not at its best either" sheety feeling!
couldnt really jump properly today coz it hurts at every jump. normally only 1st 2 will hurt but after a warm up it will be better. BUT not today. it lingers and intensifies. ):
rehab rehab rehab. please let me recover before the all comers meet. pray hard!
